FST Challenges Global Shortage of Workforce; No Skilled Workers Required to Operate our Machines

FST designs and develops high-end industrial packaging machines, and the global shortage of workers is relevant to all our clients. Therefore, unlike other competing offerings, we put in a lot of effort, so our products require minimal human intervention. When our machines tend a human intervention, we ensure there’s no need for qualified engineers to activate, control and maintain. This approach gives us a competitive edge in days of global shortage of workers disrupting industries and the supply chain. A recent study showed an estimated shortage of 85 million workers around the globe by 2030. The deficit is almost everywhere: in the United States, there are nearly 11 million job vacancies, Europe is struggling to fill over 1.2 million open job roles, while employers in Australia are working to fill 400,000 vacant positions. Singapore saw 163 job vacancies for every 100 available candidates. The manufacturing and supply chain segments experience a lack of workers: In the [...]
